Online Store

1. Order

• When you place an order, the prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.

• All products on hangngaimedia.com are listed in Hong Kong Dollars(HKD).

• System will automatically send an email to the email address provided by customer to confirm that we have received your order. Such confirmation does not constitute a promise of delivery of order items.

• We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:

no sufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered; no delivery can be arranged for your area; or one or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.

• You can cancel the order within 24 hours after you made the order. The cancellation is valid upon our confirmation of your request.

 

2. Payment

1. We accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Electron, Maestro, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover and PayPal; Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.

2. We use third party payment service to process online transactions. When you place an order, you agree and accept that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and kept by a payment service provider subject to its terms and conditions. You agree and accept that you are solely and exclusively responsible for any losses incurred or sustained by you in making credit card transaction, and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by us.

3. We do not collect or keep your credit card information. If you choose to save your credit card information for express checkout, you agree and accept that the information will be encrypted and stored by the third party payment service providers.

4. If the product price is higher than $4,000, there is an extra-charge for bank transaction fees while using Stripe(credit/debit card) or PayPal to checkout.

5. The company reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

6. Products and prices displayed on our site are for reference only and are subject to alteration or modification at the time of actual transaction.

3. Delivery​

1. All orders are need to pay for the delivery cost and orders can only be delivered within Hong Kong SAR . 

2. Customers can choose to delivery directly to your home, use locker pick-up service(SF Express) or pick-up from convenience store.

3. Shipping service provider of all our products is SF Express. Please read the terms and details of delivery service from SF Express's website. (https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/)

4. It is the responsibility of you to inform us within 48 hours before delivery window starts of any change to your delivery address or preferred delivery time slot after placing order.

5. You will become the owner of the product(s) you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once product(s) has been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage.

4. Replacement

1. You are advised to carefully read our policy for the refund and replacement policy of the products supplied by us before you make any order from us.

2. If you find that the products delivered to you are damaged, incorrect, insufficient or having quality problems and etc. after receiving, you have to lodge your application for replacement to us within ten (10) days from the date of the receipt of the products and you also have to meet the following prerequisite conditions namely:

(a) all valid supporting evidence to prove your request for replacement of the products; (b) all valid supporting documents to prove that the product(s) in problem is/are purchased from hangngaimedia.com; (c) immediately sending the photos/videos of the product(s) in problem to us as an evidential proof through email(s) or FaceBook Messenger; (d) all product(s) in problem for replacement must be in its original state and not used; and (e) all components and parts of the product(s) in problem including but not limited to its user menu, certificates, labels, marks, materials, packing bags and boxes for replacement must be returned to us.

5. Refund

1. If we have accepted to send you a refund, the refund will automatically send to your payment account within 5 - 30 days.​
