We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the United Kingdom. For orders under £50, standard shipping rates will apply.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. This may be delayed during high volume periods such as holidays or sales.

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
