Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over HKD$500 within tHong Kong SAR. For orders under HKD$500, standard shipping rates will apply.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. This may be delayed during high volume periods such as holidays or sales.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging. Merchandise that has been used, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for return or exchange.
Timeframe: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Refunds: Once we receive and process your return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your merchandise for a different item or size, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions for exchanging the merchandise. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any price difference between the original and exchanged item.
5. Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
